Toilet Refurbishments & Washroom Design

We specialise in full toilet refurbishments within the Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead area and have an excellent network of suppliers who offer a high quality, varied product range with very little lead time.

The JM&CO team are experienced at efficiently delivering projects in occupied spaces. We ensure that any disruptive work is completed after hours, in the evenings or on weekends. So, while your business is working as normal, your refurbishment works will evolve around you with minimal interruption.

We offer a ‘one-stop-shop’, not only providing invaluable knowledge and experience but also the convenience of having your project completed from a single source. We start every project by comprehensively understanding your business and objectives. This lets us determine exactly what you need to gain out of your washroom. We can then design your new space to make the most of every square foot, fully utilising the space and budget available.

Nearly 80% of illness-causing germs are spread via your hands?

Germs can survive for up to 3 hours on your hands and up to 24 hours on surfaces?

We believe that by installing touchless facilities, you can reduce the risk of spreading micro-organisms, instilling confidence in your employees and visitors that every effort is being made to secure health and wellbeing.

We can offer a range of affordable, zero-touch solutions to meet your business needs:

  • Basin taps
  • Anti-bacterial soap dispensers
  • WC flushing
  • Automated washroom doors

Advantages of utilising touchless activation facilities:

  • No cross-contamination between users
  • Easily operated by users including those with limitations and mobility restrictions
  • Pre-set water flow rate on taps reduces splashes resulting in a cleaner area
  • Water conservation and energy-efficient solutions, resulting in long term cost savings

On this project we were given carte blanche to produce a fit for purpose staff WC. The toilets are used by warehouse staff and lorry drivers; it is a dirty, greasy environment where the users wash their hands before and after using the toilets, therefore the finished product needed to be robust, easy to clean but practical.

Due to the conditions we opted for a grey theme. Grey tiling grout was chosen to prevent future staining. Compact laminate was used for the cubicles – A tough, and long lasting material that will last the test of time. All in all the toilets were refurbished for our client with sustainability in mind.
